Katie's Exercise Hub

Since qualifying in 2011, I have been able to build on my knowledge and experience within the industry to give clients the best quality of training. I have a degree in sport science, level 4 specialising in lower back pain, pre & post-natal. I have attended 3 internships in America and Canada working with athletes. This has enabled me to train people from all walks of life, including the following:

General population

Pre and post-natal clients

Junior athletic individuals from 9 upwards

Professional and amateur athletes.
